Last updated: 2 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Kelicore Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Kelicore Ltd is the data controller for any personal data collected through kelicore.com. We are registered in England & Wales, company number 12097128.
Contact us about anything in this policy at hello@kelicore.com or on 01626 798121.
What we collect and why
The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form, by email, or by phone.
| Data | Why we use it | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your name, email address, how urgent your enquiry is, and the message you write | To reply to your enquiry, understand what you need, and where relevant prepare a quote or arrange a health check | Taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us |
| Anything you tell us by email or phone | The same: to deal with your enquiry or the work you have asked us to do | As above, and performance of a contract once one is in place |
We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools of any kind. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the page makes no requests to third-party services.
Who processes your data for us
- Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Your form entry passes through their service to reach us, and they record the IP address the form was sent from, which is included in the notification we receive and used to filter spam. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website. Like any web host, GitHub may log the IP address and browser details of visitors for security and operational purposes. See the GitHub privacy statement.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive and send.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by the safeguards required under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them. If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last contact. If you do become a client, we keep records for the duration of our work together and for 6 years afterwards, which is the period required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to our use of it
- receive your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these, email hello@kelicore.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
